Wilson Pitts teaches you your first lesson in the 1100 year old Chinese martial art Hsing-i Chuan. There are four basic movements that each use the same movement of the torso with different movements of the arms for power development. This lesson is on the first movement- Pi Chuan, or splitting fist flowing into the second movement Peng Chuan or crushing fist.

Master Feng Zheng Bao, a Shanxi xingyiquan and xinyiliuhequan expert, performs Xing Yi Quan. Born in Zhejiang Province, China in 1947, he studied Xingyiquan, Baguazhang, Taijiquan and Wudang Qigong with many famous masters in Shanghai. In 1986 he moved to Japan where he quickly acquired a reputation as a martial arts teacher and shortly thereafter founded the Wudang Martial Arts Association.

Tai Chi Chuan Broadsword filmed in Penang at the Khaw Kongsi Family Temple. Any faults in lighting, stop and starts is due in respect of myself as I was filming strictly for my own training purposes on a 8mm camera in slow motion while Master Tan was moving at a much greater speed
